Solution: Choose high-quality materials with stable mechanical and physical properties to make the belt core; when the conveyor belt is found to be damaged or aging, replace it in time. Common problem 4: Conveyor belt slipping

Failure analysis and solutions: 1) The belt load is too large, resulting in insufficient tension. Solution: Re-adjust the tension or reduce the transportation volume. 2) After the driving roller and the conveyor belt are sprayed with water, the friction coefficient between the two will decrease, and the transportation will be inclined downward.
