The Clipping Machine is mainly used to cut the straight edge of metal sheets of various sizes. The working principle is that the upper blade is fixed on the tool holder, the lower blade is fixed on the lower bed surface, and the support ball is installed on the bed surface to facilitate the feeding of the sheet material. The position of the sheet material is adjusted by the positioning pin. .

Instructions:

1. After starting the Clipping Machine, do a few cycles of idling to ensure that sheets of different thickness (T≤6mm) are tested under normal conditions and familiar with the performance of the shearing machine.

2. The blade gap must be adjusted before trial cutting. If the corresponding blade gap is not adjusted, the durability of the blade will be affected.

3. Open the pressure gauge to observe the oil pressure during the shearing process. The pressure should be less than 1.5Mpa when cutting 1.0mm stainless steel plates. It is not allowed to cut sheets with a thickness greater than 6mm illegally to avoid damage to the machine tool!

Operating procedure:

1. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and it is strictly prohibited to use the equipment with super performance.

2. Before starting the equipment, add oil according to the equipment lubrication regulations and check the oil volume of the oil cylinder.

3. The upper and lower blades should be adjusted before work. The blade gap is determined according to the thickness of the sheared steel plate. Generally, it is between 8-10% of the thickness of the plate to be cut. Each gap adjustment should be locked and adjusted according to the thickness of each plate. 4. During work, it is strictly forbidden to wipe the machine tool, and no debris or tools are allowed to be placed on the workbench to prevent damage to the blade by pushing the blade edge. When cutting the material, the pressing plate must be pressed tightly to prevent the material from rebounding and hurting people.

5. Always pay attention to whether the locking mechanism, clutch, brake, and foot switch are abnormal or malfunctioning. When cutting, you should concentrate on cutting. If the equipment is abnormal, stop cutting immediately, cut off the power supply and notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance.

6. In accordance with relevant regulations, pay attention to safe and civilized production, and the surrounding environmental sanitation.

Precautions:

1. The shearing machine should be used and kept by a dedicated person. The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine tool.

2. It is strictly forbidden to use the shearing machine with overload. It is not allowed to cut hardened steel and hard steel, high-speed steel, alloy steel, castings and non-metallic materials.

3. The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp, and the cutting edge should be blunt or damaged. It should be sharpened or replaced in time.

4. When multi-person operation, there should be a special person to command, and cooperation should be coordinated.

5. It is forbidden to cut two materials of different specifications at the same time on the shearing machine, and overlap cutting is not allowed.

6. It is forbidden to use the handle to facilitate the operation under the pressure plate when cutting the board and feeding. When cutting the material, use an iron plate to hold it down, and keep your fingers away from the knife edge at least 200 mm when cutting the material.

7. After using the pry to align the line, the pry should be pulled out immediately before cutting. If the iron plate moves, it should be fastened with a wooden pillow to prevent the prying of the presser foot from popping and hurting people.

8. The cut workpieces must be placed steadily, not too high, and not allowed to be stacked on the aisle. Remaining materials and waste materials should be cleaned up in time to keep the site tidy.
