(1) Before getting out of bed and walking, train exercises that can strengthen the muscles of the arms and shoulders, such as lifting dumbbells and sandbags.

(2) Avoid walking on wet ground, insufficient light and obstacles to avoid slipping or tripping.

(3) When using a walking aid, you should not wear socks without shoes, and you should avoid wearing slippers or high heels.

(4) When getting out of bed for the first time, medical staff must be there for assistance and guidance.

(5) Before walking, stand firm, and the steps should not be too large. Look forward instead of downward.

(6) Gradually increase the amount of walking activity.

(7) Every time you move forward, your body should not exceed half of the walker to avoid falling forward due to an unstable center of gravity.

(8) When moving forward, only after the walking aid is stabilized, can the affected limb be moved forward, and the healthy side can be supported with both hands and then forward.

(9) The walker is an auxiliary device, do not walk with the walker.
