Our newly installed mobile ready mix concrete plant in China.

1. Our mobile ready mix concrete plant is composed of the following parts:

1) Drum mixer (twin-shaft or planetary mixer can also be used);

2) Aggregate batching machine: usually 3-bin or 4-bin;

3) Water, cement and additive scales;

4) Horizontal cement silo or mobile horizontal cement silo;

5) Screw conveyor;

6) Fully automatic computer control system.

2. Features of our mobile ready mix concrete plant:

1) No huge concrete foundation is needed, we can save much time, cost and labour work;

2) Easy to install. Usually, we can finish the installation within 3 days in China;

3) Easy to move to other job site. Very suitable for projects that we need to change work site from time to time.
