What is aluminium blister foil?

Aluminum blister foil consists of a push-through blister, a molded plastic with cavities for individual tablets, and a push-on closure made of aluminum foil, called a blister film or cap film. Pharmaceutical packaging requires 100% insulation from water, air and environmental influences.
