There are 4 weaving methods for copper wire mesh:

1. Plain weave:

Plain weave is a weaving method in which each warp thread crosses over each weft thread, the diameter thread is the same thickness as the weft thread, and the warp thread and the weft thread form a 90-degree angle. The plain weave mesh is relatively square, and the mesh size is uniform. Each warp thread crosses above and below each weft thread, the diameter thread is the same thickness as the weft thread, and the warp thread and the weft thread are woven at a 90-degree angle.

2. Twill weave:

Weaving method in which each warp thread crosses up and down every 2 weft threads, and each weft thread crosses over each 2 diameter threads.

3. Dense weave:

Warp and weft have different wire diameters and different mesh numbers, characterized by dense warp and weft, and fine warp and weft. The length direction is the warp, and the width direction is the weft. Dense mesh is further divided into mat type mesh plain weave and mat type mesh twill weave.

4. Mat mesh twill weave:

Weaving method in which each diameter wire crosses over and above every 2 weft wires, and each weft wire crosses above and below every 2 diameter wires.

1, brass mesh

Raw materials: brass wire, there are 65 brass (about 65% copper, 35% zinc), 80 brass (about 80% copper, 20% zinc), etc.;

Mesh: plain weave 6 mesh/inch--160/inch, twill weave is higher to 280 mesh.

Features: Brass wire mesh has proper tensile strength and extensibility. The smaller the mesh, the larger the mesh, and the better the water filtration performance.

2, copper mesh -- also known as shielding mesh

Raw material: red copper wire (99.999% pure copper content)

Features: Copper wire mesh has good electrical conductivity, heat transfer performance, non-magnetic, corrosion resistance, wear resistance.

Mesh: plain weave 5 mesh - 200 mesh, twill weave is higher than 250 mesh.

Uses: filter electron beam, electronic display screen, shield electromagnetic wave signal.

3, phosphor copper mesh

Raw material: phosphor copper wire (85%-90% copper, 5%-15% zinc)

Features: non-magnetic, wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistance, good extensibility.

Mesh: plain weave mesh 5-185 mesh, twill weave is higher than 400 mesh.

The minimum width of the copper wire mesh strip is 3MM. The copper wire mesh punching sheet can be processed into round, oval, square, rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal and other special shapes. The wire mesh punching can be made according to user drawings. Production.
