OLED display module (also called OLED module) is composed of OLED display + PCB + iron frame, which is easy to install and widely used in industrial sites, military and other industries.

OLED display refers to organic light-emitting diodes (Organic Light-Emitting Diode, OLED) because of its self-illumination at the same time, no backlight, high contrast, thin thickness, wide viewing angle, fast response, can be used for flexible panels, use temperature It is considered to be the emerging application technology of the next-generation flat-panel display due to its excellent characteristics such as wide range, relatively simple structure and process.

Lighting principle:

Organic light-emitting display technology consists of a very thin coating of organic material and a glass substrate. These organic materials emit light when an electric charge passes through them. The color of OLED light emission depends on the material of the organic light-emitting layer, so manufacturers can obtain the desired color by changing the material of the light-emitting layer. Active-matrix organic light-emitting displays have built-in electronic circuitry so that each pixel is independently driven by a corresponding circuit. OLED has the advantages of simple structure, self-illumination without backlight, high contrast ratio, thin thickness, wide viewing angle, fast response speed, flexible panels, and wide operating temperature range. The technology provides the best way to browse photos and videos. way and imposes fewer constraints on the design of the camera.

OLED module features:

OLED is a self-luminous material, which does not require a backlight. At the same time, it has a wide viewing angle, uniform image quality, fast response speed, easy colorization, and can achieve light emission with a simple driving circuit. The process is simple, and it can be made into a flexible panel. In line with the principle of light, thin and short, the application range belongs to small and medium-sized panels.

Display: active lighting, wide viewing angle range; fast response, stable image; high brightness, rich colors, high resolution.

Working conditions: low driving voltage, low energy consumption, can be matched with solar cells, integrated circuits, etc.

Wide adaptability: A large-area flat panel display can be realized by using a glass substrate; if a flexible material is used as a substrate, a foldable display can be made. Since OLED is an all-solid-state, non-vacuum device, it has the characteristics of shock resistance and low temperature resistance (-40°C), and it also has very important applications in the military, such as being used as a display terminal for modern weapons such as tanks and aircraft.

The advantage of OLED module compared with LCD display is that it is easy to install, and the application occasions are mainly industrial sites, military industry, geological exploration, oil and coal exploration and other industries.
