1. eTower Pre-Alert email function


After the supplier or logistics integrator arranges a flight, it will send a pre-Alert email to the tailing or customs clearance agent to inform them that a parcel is ready to fly to an international airport; the last-mile carrier or customs clearance agent can arrange customs clearance, airport pick-up and other follow-up work.

The forecast emails were previously sent by the Logistior(operating station)and each line-hual information was checked and counted offline, which was a very tedious work. The content of the emails included flight information, parcel quantity, weight and value, as well as the necessary attachments for customs clearance, which took up a lot of time for the staff to edit the email and pull the attachments.

With eTower's Pre-Alert email function, you can pre-configure the customs clearance agent mailbox & mail template, select the template and extract flight information directly from the system; it can support manual and automatic generation of pending emails through the template, transferring offline work to online automated processing, reducing the workload of logistor (operation station) and freeing up labour; thus improving the efficiency of operations in last-mile and customs clearance, and reducing the risk of manual operations. This reduces the risk of manual operations and allows for centralised online mail management.

2. eTower third-party platform node push configuration & monitoring function


When suppliers, e-commerce platforms and logistics providers do connection with third-party logistics companies (such as Cainiao, Wish, ebay, etc.), node trajectory push-back is often involved. Previously, the mapping rules and push logic of the third-party logistics package track node push were maintained in the code, there is no place for interface configuration, when facing adjustments need to release the code, and is not flexible. The push configuration of different third-party platforms has more customized logic and no unified standard, not to mention the impossibility of real-time monitoring of the logistics parcel tracking and pushing situation.

 eTower third-party platform node push configuration & monitoring function enables compatibility with different third-party platform node mapping rules and interfaces.

The interface allows for compatibility with different third-party platform node mapping rules and interface, which in turn allows for customisation of special push logic such as one-to-many, many-to-one and many-to-many pushes, making the interface mapping rules more intuitive and flexible. Nodes can also be monitored & logged for push status to fully monitor node returns and avoid node push problems. What's more, the above implementation brings together the order push status monitoring, regular monitoring reports and push tools into the same interface for a more efficient, intuitive and flexible logistics transport and inspection work.
