Impregnation pretreatment is the direct impregnation of pharmaceutical aluminum coil, contact reaction with the treatment solution, the contact surface is complete, but the reaction time is relatively long, generally used for low-speed coating or low-speed separate extension line.
No-rinse pretreatment is a process that does not require water rinsing after treatment. The advantage is that multiple coils can be treated with the same treatment and there is no wastewater discharge problem. The key is to apply the agent evenly on the surface of the aluminum plate. Dry film, to meet this requirement, can be processed by roller coating or spray drying.

Roll coating rolls are coated with coating rolls as the coating carrier. The coating forms a wet film of a certain thickness on the surface of the coating roller. With the help of the contact between the coating roller and the coated material during the rotation, the coating is applied to the surface of the coated material.
Roller rolls are suitable for coating of metal sheets, especially for high speed coating of metal rolls. Roller roll requires coating with good leveling, wettability and adhesion, and has a certain hardness. It has good weatherability and stain resistance, fast curing speed and fast film formation. Roll coating has the following characteristics.
(1) High-speed automatic coating operation, fast coating speed and high production efficiency.
(2) No paint mist, paint utilization rate is close to 100%.
(3) Applicable to various viscous paints, film thickness can be precisely controlled and the thickness is uniform.
(4) Both front and back side coating can be applied simultaneously.
Aluminum surface coating is not much different from any other painting process. The foil, sheet or plate must be stretched tightly to minimize wrinkles and ensure a smooth surface. Since aluminum is one of the most difficult metals to paint, a primer called an adhesion promoter is usually applied prior to coloring. It ensures that the coating adheres better to the aluminum. The primer can be applied with a spray gun, roller or brush.
