1.Excellent flame-retardant properties

The flame retardant grade can reach UL94 V-0/V-2 (adjusted according to specific formulas), with an oxygen index (OI) of ≥28% (some high-end models can reach over 35%), and the self-extinguishing time after being separated from the fire is short (≤3 seconds), effectively suppressing the spread of flames.

2.Maintain the core advantages of the PP substrate

•Lightweight and high strength: The density is only 0.90 - 0.95 g/cm³ (approximately 1/8 of steel), making it extremely lightweight while maintaining stable mechanical strength. It has better impact resistance than common plastics (such as PVC).

•Chemical corrosion resistance: Exhibits excellent tolerance to acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid), bases (such as sodium hydroxide), salt solutions, and most organic solvents (such as alcohols and ketones), making it suitable for chemical storage and transportation scenarios.

• Excellent temperature resistance: The long-term operating temperature range is -20℃ to 120℃ (short-term it can withstand up to 140℃), and it retains its toughness even in low-temperature environments (the brittle point is approximately -35℃).

3.Easy processing and economy

• Supports conventional processing methods such as cutting, drilling, bending, hot welding, and bonding. It is also compatible with precision processing equipment like CNC machines and laser cutting machines, with strong adaptability.

The raw material cost is lower than that of engineering plastics (such as PC and POM), and the overall cost performance is excellent, making it suitable for large-scale applications.

4. Environmental Protection and Durability

• Tasteless and non-toxic (in compliance with food contact grade standard GB 4806.6-2016, optional), smooth and flat surface, excellent aging resistance (UV additive optional), long service life.
