The high temperature butterfly valve (high temperature flue baffle) valve body is lined with valve plateand valve seat which are made of 0Cr25Ni20. The shaft is made of Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant stainlesssteel. The high temperature butterfly valve (high temperature flue baffle) has high strength, wear resis. tance, corrosion resistance and other properties.
The structure is equipped with air purge holes, which facilitates the normal operation of the valve underhiah temperature conditions, reduces dust accumulation, and prevents the valve plate from gettingstuck, thereby ensuring that the valve plate can be opened flexibly. The high temperature butterfly valve(flue baffle) can also be designed and manufactured into a square shape, or a round top with a squarebottom to meet the needs of flues with different cross-sectional shapes.
