Raw material: No. 0 distillation ingot from Huludao Zinc Industry Co., Ltd.

Zinc content: ≥99.995%

Compliance: Strictly implement national material standards GB/T 470-1997.

5. Production

Equipped with three sets of the most advanced production equipment (flow casting, drawing, etc.).

6. Detection

Raw material: Zinc ingots (no other ingredients added, no contact with other metals during production).

Testing equipment: DF-100 Direct Reading Spectrometer, Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometer (and other high-end instruments).

Process: Check each level/layer of each process, no detail omitted.

Quality guarantee: Ensure each batch of zinc content is over 99.995% for long-term stable performance.

8. Transport & Storage

Prohibited area: Transport in acid, alkali, salt corrosion areas.

Packaging: Zinc plating packaging for transport.

Storage: Store in dry, ventilated, non-corrosive material warehouses to prevent rainwater contact.
