(1) Prepare materials.

0.1×50mm alkali-free glass ribbon, 624 or 101 epoxy resin, triethanolamine, industrial pure alcohol or ethanol.

(2) Preparation method.

The alkali-free glass ribbon roll was loosened and placed in an oven for de-waxing treatment at 100-120 ° C for 2 h. The epoxy resin is melted into a flowing liquid at 50 to 60 °C. Add a small amount of alcohol to 100 parts of epoxy resin. After mixing, add 8~12 parts of triethanolamine, continue stirring and add alcohol to make the glue viscosity reach 25~30s (using viscosity meter No.4). The dewaxed glass ribbon is immersed in the glue for 2 to 3 seconds, and the glue is dripped and ready for use.

(3) The drying and curing of the glass adhesive tape is generally baked in a baking oven at a temperature of 120 to 130 ° C for 8 to 12 hours, and baked until the epoxy glass ribbon is discolored.
