As a professional Flux Core Welding Wire ManufacturerRTSD delivers high-performance Flux Core Welding Wire designed for demanding hardfacing applications. This advanced Fcaw Welding Wire belongs to the premium category of Hardfacing Welding Wire, offering exceptional wear resistance and stable arc performance without the need for shielding gas. Engineered with a molybdenum-containing alloy system, this Stainless Steel Flux Core Wire ensures consistent weld quality, excellent spalling resistance, and reliable multi-layer cladding capability. It is widely used in industries requiring durable surface protection, making RTSD a trusted choice for efficient and cost-effective welding solutions.

Material Properties

The post-weld material is a molybdenum-containing compound carbide alloy exhibiting excellent wear resistance, moderate impact resistance, and strong spalling resistance. It is unsuitable for flame cutting and cannot be machined, with minute stress cracks present on the surface.

1. Microstructure: Austenitic chromium-manganese steel; Alloy type: C-Cr-Mn-Fe-Mo

2. Machinability: Only grinding is supported

3. Cutting Performance: Flame cutting is not supported

4. Cladding thickness: Supports multi-layer cladding thicknesses, with cladding thicknesses achievable up to 30–50 mm.

Application

Highly suitable for hardfacing components subjected to high wear and general impact. Examples include wear-resistant layers for coal mill grinding rollers and grinding discs. Operating temperature range not exceeding 500°C.
