HiTHIUM's public commercial and industrial product page presents C&I battery systems in its Infinity Power and Infinity Block ranges. Product information is a starting point for identifying equipment. A project handover file serves another purpose: it brings together the records that describe what was supplied, accepted and handed over at a particular site. The following original checklist is an organizational guide, not a report of a completed HiTHIUM installation.
Build an equipment register
Record the equipment identifiers used in the approved project documents. Include the model designation, serial reference where appropriate, supplied configuration and the revision of the corresponding product information. A similar-looking product name is not sufficient to establish that two configurations have the same ratings or conditions. Keep the manufacturer's document with the register so that a later reader can trace the entry.
Keep the accepted project documents together
List the approved drawings, equipment schedules and configuration documents by their document identifiers and revisions. Record who issued or accepted each item and when. If a revision changes during installation or commissioning, keep a clear link to the superseded version. The handover index should point to the accepted records rather than a mixture of draft and final files.
Retain the actual commissioning evidence
Keep the applicable test reports and acceptance records with their dates, scope and responsible parties. A completed checklist is useful only when the relevant results and sign-offs can be found. A product brochure or an illustrative calculation does not establish that a site has passed a commissioning test. Any unresolved item should remain visible in the project's agreed handover record.
Identify the operating and service references
Index the supplied operating information, training records and current service contacts. Record which documents apply to the installed configuration. Keep warranty and service terms with their scope and version, rather than inferring coverage from a general product-performance statement. Site access credentials belong in the owner's authorized access process, not in a public content report or a shared publication attachment.
Keep the public report separate from the site file
A public article can describe the product category and link to the manufacturer's current information. It need not expose site drawings, equipment identifiers, credentials or private commercial terms. Retain those records within the project's authorized document process. For readers comparing HiTHIUM commercial storage information, the practical goal is traceability: each equipment or handover statement should lead to the relevant approved source.
