PP anti-static plastic sheeting is a functional plastic sheet made from polypropylene (PP) with a modified, high-efficiency antistatic agent (such as carbon black, permanent antistatic masterbatch, or ionic antistatic agent). While retaining the fundamental properties of PP, such as lightweight, corrosion resistance, and ease of processing, it effectively conducts static electricity through a controlled surface resistivity (typically 10⁶-10⁹Ω, meeting anti-static standards). This prevents static electricity accumulation, which can lead to dust absorption, damage to electronic components, and spark discharges in flammable and explosive environments. Suitable for industrial applications sensitive to static electricity, it offers an upgraded protection solution for conventional PP sheet.
