PP UV-Resistant Plastic Board (polypropylene board) is an engineering plastic board made of polypropylene (PP) resin through an extrusion process, and has the characteristics of a semi-crystalline polymer structure. The Vicat softening point of a typical PP board is 150°C, and the crystallinity is as high as 50-60%. By precisely controlling the MFR (melt flow rate) in the range of 1-40, an optimal balance between mechanical properties and processing performance is achieved. The standard product density is 0.90-0.91g/cm³, the surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm, and the thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm. Special specifications such as glass fiber reinforced (FRPP), flame retardant, and conductive can be customized according to functional requirements.
