PE plastic sheet is a thermoplastic engineering plastic sheet made of polyethylene resin as the main raw material, formed by extrusion or calendering process. According to the density difference, it is mainly divided into high-density polyethylene sheet (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene sheet (LDPE), with a crystallinity range of 55%-75% and a density span from 0.91-0.96g/cm³. The surface finish of standard products is Ra≤1.6μm, the thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, the conventional sheet size can reach 2000×10000mm, and customized processing is supported. Special formulas can enhance its corrosion resistance, antistatic or flame retardant properties, and are widely used in chemical, food, medical, construction and other fields.
